From the Elements Resort, you have fantastic views of the Kitzsteinhorn, which is covered with snow all year round, the Schmittenhöhe and the surrounding mountains. You can reach the valley station of the Schmittenhöhebahn and the ski bus to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier in just a few minutes by foot. The town centre of Zell am See is just a few minutes' drive away.

You can reach us by car from Germany, via the freeway Munich - Salzburg. Leave the freeway at the Siegsdorf exit and continue via Inzell, the Steinpass, Lofer, Saalfelden and finally Zell am See. Parking is available in our own underground garage or in our parking lots. A comfortable arrival by train is also possible. The Zell am See train station is a short cab ride from the hotel.
